TARANGINI is a non-profitable organization with a main goal to conserve, contribute and continue the cultural heritage of Telugu speaking residents of Greater Cincinnati, Ohio area by connecting through Cultural, Educational, Charitable, Literary, Spiritual and Social activities.
TARANGINI (Telugu Association of Greater Cincinnati) obtained non-profitable status in 2008 with Tax-ID# 20-8417022
- Assist and propagate cultural, educational, literary, social and community affairs of the people of Telugu origin
- Solicit, raise, and disburse funds for charities, and donations for cultural, educational and charitable purposes either directly or in cooperation with other not-for-profit organizations in the U.S and abroad.
- Raise funds for natural disasters either directly or in cooperation with other non-profit organizations
- Organize literary talks and seminars and to publish Telugu Velugu magazine twice a year.
- Perform literary, cultural, charitable and educational activities in compliance with 501 (c) (3) IRS code and it’s amendments established for non-profit organizations.
- Celebrating regional and national festivals
